RE: IRREVOCABLE GUARANTEE FOR PART PAYMENT OF $32.5MILLION ON THE INSTALLATION OF CRAMP 'T' COMPUTERISED FLOW-STATION PUMP, BY THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND [IMF] IN NIGERIA.

Pursuant to the Economic Reform Agenda of the present government of Nigeria, a meeting with the International Monetary Fund [IMF] officials, and the Nigeria Central Bank [CBN] was held and the resolution of that meeting was that the government should make sure that all outstanding contractors are paid.

Magazine Ar. 72943 USA, contact person Mr. Gerald Martinez  Salazar. Appeared with a power of Attorney claiming, that you have authorized them to receive the funds on your behalf. As our procedure before we make the final transfer, we request that you confirm the authenticity of the power of Attorney.

Peradventure you did not authorize him, in your response we request inter-alia you're full current address, telephone numbers, bank details and any other information of value. To enable us commence the transfer process.

Note that the International Monetary Fund [IMF] or the Central Bank of Nigeria [CBN] shall not be liable for misdirection of funds based on the information you gave.
