subject: Your Lottery Payment
: Important mainly because of the words in the message.

I have attached a copy of your check from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). This is the National Lottery's UK bank. This is to show you that this is legitimate and if you lose out on it, you have yourself to blame. The check is ready but cannot be cashed outside the United Kingdom. However, a Barclay's bank check has been issued to you. The Barclay's bank check can be cashed anywhere in the world. It has been converted to US Dollars as it is the most widely used currency. For security reasons, the check has a validity period. It is valid for 30 days. This means it would expire on 9th June 2012. It takes 15days to clear in your account. This means you have only 15days from today to receive it. Once again, you have the option of coming to the UK to pick up the check or pay the same $200 to have the check, your certificates and other documents sent to you.

Payments are to be made via WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER ONLY so as to speed up the process of delivery. The payment should be made in my name with the information stated below:

Name:        Stephen Webster
Address:   345 Hither Green Lane, London SE13 6TS, United Kingdom
Amount:   130pounds (USD$200)

Scan and send the western union transfer slip/receipt via email to me. If you do not have a scanner, email me the following information:

1. Name and Address of Sender
2. 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
3. Test Question and Answer, if any.

A dispatch notice indicating the date and time of departure and expected date and time of delivery will be sent to you once payment is received. Delivery takes between 3-7 working days so please hurry. When sending payment information, please change your subject to 'western union sent' so that I could attend to it immediately as I have many mails coming in.

Delay in payment is at your own risk as you have only 15days to receive the check. This serves as a notice. Thank you

Stephen Webster
