Subject: Approval to process your inherited sum payment for Immediate Fund Release Order to Your Designated Account :-

The HSBC Legal department hereby signed the approval of Late Mr.Joe.W Investment fund deposited at HSBC Head office at #8 Canada Square London United Kingdom.The Management of HSBC Legal Department hereby approved the claim on your name as the next of kin to your deceased partner estate fund , we communicated with our Corresponding Bank to complete the Final Fund Release Order (FFRO) . According to our Banking ethics and policy the Final Fund Release Order (FFRO) must be completed and the Fund will be transfered by the corresponding Bank .


The HSBC Debt and reconcilliation Unit mandated the fund will be transferred to your Designated Bank account after the Corresponding Bank complete the Final Fund Release Oder covering the Investment/Inheritance fund on your deceased partner name which will be converted to your name/ Company name before onward credit to your private Bank account.

Prior to our legal approval condition the fund will be transferred through our corresponding Bank since you have delayed remittance option as recommended last week. The account of Late Mr.Jow.W Bank account has been recorded DORMANT in our Bank record for 5yrs, therefore since you have fail to complete the remittance option as required the HSBC will transfer the fund through our Intercontinental Corresponding Bank.

The Inheritance Payment Order is being faxed to the corresponding Bank to commence onward transfer to your Designated Bank after compliance with our Inheritance accredited legal policy in effect with the Bank of England financial regulations.

The corresponding Bank will commence the fund transfer procedure as soon as you communicate with them today and we advice you to communicate with our corresponding Bank to enable them start the remittance to your Bank account :

Those are the documents that are requested by the bank. Like I said to you the lawyer was in court and obtained the letters of probate and administration. The other documents I found in the account database.

Meanwhile, I will be searching for the documents that are demanded by HSBC bank. I will also hold talks with the lawyer whom would go to the court and obtain the letters of probate and administration on your behalf and I will get back to you when the documents are sorted out.
